Xenoblade Chronicles X: Special Edition Annoucned!

Hey everyone!
On the 5th of December, Xenoblade Chronicles X joins the roster of Wii U games out now!
A special edition has also been announced for the game!

The bundle includes:

• Xenoblade Chronicles X
• A Custom USB Drive with the Soundtrack
• An Artbook with Concept Art
• and a Matted Art Card

It is out on the 5th on the December!

Singing Wins! (Splatfest #04)

Hey everyone!

Yay! Team Singing has defeated Team Dancing in the fourth Splatfest in Splatoon!
Firstly was the Votes/Popularity result!
Congrats to Dancing for beating us in the Popularity vote 54% to 46%.
It was then a nail-biting wait to find out who had won the Win %!
Yay! Singing defeated Dancing by a huge margin of 57% to 43%!
With the Win % added up...
Singing (274) defeated Dancing (226)!
Congrats to everyone who got involved! Bad luck for team Dancing...

Splatfest Moments (Singing vs Dancing)

Hey everyone!

There is just under 7 hours left for today's Splatfest! If yo haven't already, pick your side!

Here are a few highlights of the Splatfest!
This mega win of 80.6% to a measly 8% is phenomenal!

I have also became a Singing King! Let's hope we can get more Singing Kings/Queens!

As a side note, congrats to the Decepticons for defeating the Autobots in North America's Transformers Splatfest! The victory was a smashing 266 points to 234 (42-58 pop, 56-44 win)

Smash Battle #09 (First Round, Game 9)

Hey everyone!

Last Wednesday, Fox blitzed the competition and used his Final Smash, the Landmaster, to obliterate the competition! Fox seals the deal and earned himself a spot in Quarter Final 2!
Today, the first spot for Quarter Final 3 is up for grabs!
Olimar, Rosalina (me), Charizard and Captain Falcon are battling it out on the Garden of Hope to see who goes through!
Here we go!

This is the last Smash Battle of August!
Next Wednesday, in the first Smash Battle of September, it is the battle of the Punches between Little Mac, Ryu and Wario! Don't forget about Samus (me), who is also joining the battle next week!

Also, the Splatfest on Splatoon is on tomorrow!

The Bamboozler and L-3 Nozzlenose-D Join Spaltoon!

Two new weapons are about to join Splatoon tomorrow from midday! (AEST)!
First is the Bamboozler 14 MK 1!
According to Inkipedia, the Bamboozler is a Charger type weapon, and will be equipped with a Splash Wall and the Killer Wail!

Also releasing tomorrow is the L-3 Nozzlenose-D!
This weapon is similar to the L-3 Nozzlenose, and is equipped with Burst Bombs and the almighty Kraken for ultimate Splatting!

The Shovel Knight amiibo

Yacht Club Gaming has teamed up with Nintendo to create a Shovel Knight amiibo! On the Wii U, the Shovel Knight amiibo will unlock Co-Op mode (2 players) for the game! You can now play with a friend!

Smash Battle #08 (First Round, Game 8)

Hey everyone!

Last Saturday in the final moments, Luigi turned into metal and took out Meta Knight and Game and Watch in the last few seconds!

Today, Bowser, Sheik, Fox (me) and Falco are in the Wii Fit Studio to find out who has the final spot for Quarter Final 2!
Let's a go!

The winner of this match will take on Villager, King Dedede and Luigi in Quarter Final 2, a few weeks from now!
Next Saturday, the day before Splatfest, Smash Battle #09 will take place!
In the last Smash battle of this August, Olimar, Rosalina (me), Charizard and Captain Falcon are all competing for the first spot in Quarter Final 3!

2015's Lineup - Wii U (100th Post!!!)

Hey everyone!
Yay! It is World o' Nintendo's 100th post! 2 months ago on the 11th of June, I began World O' Nintendo after leaving TopHatGreeny! It has been so much fun playing Mario Kart 8, Splatoon and Smash Bros, can't wait to make more moments! We have done sooooo much in this first 100 posts, including welcoming Splatoon and Yohsi's Woolly World to the world and a ton of new amiibo! Don't forget the beginning of Smash Battles also! Thanks to all your support also, recently crossing 1300 views!
This post is all about the Wii U games we can see going into the Holiday Season and the rest of 2015!
There are a total of 12 games arriving on Wii U! Check them out below!

2015's Lineup - 3DS

Mega Yoshi!

Hey everyone!

Remember those extremely cute Yarn Yoshi amiibo?
Great news out today, that a Mega Green Yarn Yoshi amiibo is set to hit stores this year! Check it out in shops in Australia from the 28th of November!
There was also a ton of release dates announced for America, including the release dates of Star FOx Zero and the Falco amiibo!

What Do You Think? - Splatoon Weapons!

Hey everyone!
Since there is a Splatfest next weekend, I thought that next week's What Do You Think could be today! That means that the next one won't be until the 13th of September!

Today is all about weapons in Splatoon!

What new weapon combos would you like to see in Splatoon?
I have created three new weapons which could be included in the game!
First is the Firefin Splat Charger!

This is a Blue Charger called the Fishfry Splat Charger, as similar to the Krak-On Splat Roller, is made by a brand! This weapon could also be equipped with Splash Walls and the almighty Inkzooka for an ultimate range weapon!
Next is the Platinum Dynamo Roller!

In a similar heaviness to the Gold Dynamo Roller, the Platnium Dynamo Roller is different, with Seekers and the powerful Kraken are also included, to take down the opponents!
The last of the three new weapons I have created is the Areospray AG!

The Aerospray AG is part of the Aerospray series, with a super fast fire rate and great lightness! A Bubbler and Point Sensor also come in handy when using this weapon!

This Splatfest, like all other Australian Splatfest's, will start at 3am next Sunday morning (30th August) and go for 24 hours until Monday (31st August)!

Smash Battle #07 (First Round, Game 7)

Today I am back with Smash Battle #07!
Last week, King Dedede finished off Yoshi in Sudden Death! What could happen this match?
Luigi (me), Shulk, Meta Knight and Mr Game and Watch are ready to battle for a spot in the Quarters!
Here we go!

The winner of today's match will play Villager, King Dedede and the winner of next battle in the Quarters!
Next Battle, on Wednesday, another Smash Battle will be on!

Smash Battle #06 (First Round, Game 6)

Hey everyone!

It's time for another Smash Battle!
Last Saturday, Villager destroyed the competition, earning himself a spot in the Quarters!
Today, Dr Mario, Ike, Yoshi (me) and King Dedede all face off in one epic clash on Orbital Gate Assault!
Here we go!

The winner of today's match will face Villager, and two others in Quarter Final 2!
Speaking of next match, on Saturday, Luigi (me), Mr Game and Watch, Meta Knight and Shulk are battling it out for the next spot in the Quarters!

Autobots vs Deceptacons

Hey everyone!

In North America, Transformers joins the Splatfest theme in Autobots vs Decepatacons!

The two sides will face off next Friday in North America!
Which side will you choose? The Autobots?

What Do You Think? - Splatoon Specials

Hey everyone!

Everyone who has played Splatoon knows that there are Special weapons, which can deal a lot of damage! The seven in the game include:

1. Inkzooka
2. Inkstrike
3. Echolocater
4. Bubbler
5. Kraken
6. Killer Wail
7. Bomb Rush

This week, I've came up with 4 more Special Weapon types!
First up is the Ink Copter!

Based off the Octocopter enemy, for 15 seconds, your inkling gets to fly over the map shooting from above! This could be extremely strategic in Tower Control or Splat Zones!
Up next is the Inkstamp!

The Inkstamp is also based off another enemy, the Octostamp, where you click 3 times on the gamepad to rain down a big Ink Stamp! Good for getting inside the other's territory from a distance!
Next is the Mega Inkling, based of Super Mario's Mushroom!

The Mega Inkling Powerup doubles you in size, making you shoot bigger and larger blobs of ink! However, it lasts for a long as the Kraken, and also only allows you to be in Inkling form, the opposite of the Kraken!
The last Powerup is the Mega Sprinkler!

The Mega Sprinkler sins around very quickly and only does one spin! It is a mega version of the Sprinkler! This can fling lots of ink in the one space where you are when you deploy it!

Rainmaker is Here!

Hey everyone!

The brand new Rainmaker Ranked Battle Mode is out now in Splatoon!
Rainmaker features two teams attempting to transport the Rainmaker to the other team's base. Watch out, you only have 60 seconds to get it there! If the Rainmaker carrier gets splattered, the Rainmaker goes inside a shield, the team then ahs to break it and pick it up again to keep on going! The first team to get the Rainmaker to the pedestal or to have got it the furthest after 5 minutes win!

Smash Battle #05 (First Round, Game 5)

Hey everyone!

Last Wednesday, Bowser Jr. joined Wii Fit Trainer, Mewtwo and Kirby in Quarter Final 1! Now, Link (me), Zero Suit Samus, Jigglypuff and Villager are competing for a spot in the second Quarter Final!
Here we go!

The winner of today's match will join the winner of the next 3 matches in Quarter Final 2!
Also competing for a spot in the next Quarter Final are Wednesday's competitors! Ike, Dr Mario, Yoshi (me) and King Dedede are battling it out in Smash Battle #06!

Make it Rain!

Hey everyone!

The Rainmaker battle mode will join Splat Zones and Tower Control in Ranked Battle from 12pm tomorrow (AEST)!
The rainmaker battle makes you try to carry this heavy Rainmaker weapon to the other team's base in the quickest amount of time!

You can also charge the rainmaker to act like an Inkzooka! The longer the charge, the bigger tornado!
